Meet the founder
Chiara Giovanrosa is the founder of Aequitas Advisory, a purpose-driven business grounded in the belief that lasting prosperity is created when commercial ambition is guided by strong moral principles and a genuine commitment to societal value.
With more than 15 years of experience in management consulting and corporate transformation, Chiara brings together strategic thinking, commercial discipline, and a deeply held belief in ethical and principled leadership. Her experience across the public and private sectors — spanning energy, infrastructure, healthcare, and government — has shaped her conviction that organisations have a responsibility to create value not only for themselves, but for the communities, people, and places they serve.
The philosophy of Aequitas is rooted in Latin culture and the intellectual heritage of the ancient world. Aequitas, meaning equity, fairness, justice, and balance, was a fundamental concept in Roman thought and law. It represented a form of moral judgment that recognised that true justice could require looking beyond the strict application of rules to what was fair, balanced, and right.
